Subscription terms

Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The monthly and yearly plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible customers. The lifetime purchase has no trial because it never renews.
- Does one purchase cover all my devices?
- Yes. Pro unlocks on your iPhone, iPad and Mac when they use the same Apple Account. To use it on another device, open the paywall or Settings in RequestPad and tap Restore Purchases.
- How do I cancel?
- In RequestPad, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription, or open your Apple Account’s Subscriptions page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period to avoid the next charge.
- How do refunds work?
- Payments go through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- What does Lifetime include?
- Every Pro feature, paid for once. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
- What happens if my subscription ends?
- Everything you created stays available. Features beyond the free tier become read-only until you subscribe again or restore a purchase.
- Why is the price different in my country?
- The prices on this page are for the US App Store. The App Store sets the price for your region and shows it in your currency before you buy.
