RequestPad Terms of Use

RequestPad is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The Standard EULA governs your use of the app. The points below explain how it applies to RequestPad; if they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

RequestPad Pro

• RequestPad Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase, all through the App Store.
• Subscriptions may include a free trial for eligible customers. When a trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown before purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions (iPhone, iPad) or App Store → Account → Subscriptions (Mac).
• Purchases are available on all your iPhone, iPad and Mac devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
• If a subscription ends, everything you created stays available; features beyond the free tier become read-only.

Your use of RequestPad

• You are responsible for the requests you send and for having permission to access the servers you use it with.
• RequestPad is provided "as is". Keep your own backups of collections that matter to you (for example in git).
